We believe that a rising tide raises all ships that's why we love hosting our friends from different arenas of influence to teach and equip our network of leaders. Whether it's at our regular gatherings or through different online platforms our goal is to make sure that all of our leaders can access the resources we offer to help them lead well.

Since our inception we have been all about people. We love connecting with new friends, we love reinforcing old friendships and we love creating opportunities to meet up. This is why we gather annually in SLC as well as travel throughout the US and abroad just to create consistent points of connection.

We believe that the harvest is ready and God is calling a wide spectrum of people with different talents and gifts, both in conventional and unconventional forms of ministry, to step into their callings. We strive to create opportunities for our community to grow in their talents in a healthy format that will give voice to their calling.
